3. Course Enrolment and Registration
To enrol in a Lexicon Bridge programme, you must provide accurate and complete personal information during the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. By enrolling in a course, you confirm that you are at least 16 years of age, or that a parent or legal guardian has provided consent for enrolment if you are under 16.
We reserve the right to refuse enrolment or terminate a learner's participation in any programme at our discretion, particularly where a learner engages in disruptive, disrespectful or harmful behaviour toward other learners, trainers or staff.
4. Fees and Payment
Course fees are communicated directly to learners during the enrolment process. All fees must be paid in full prior to the commencement of training unless a specific instalment arrangement has been agreed in writing. We reserve the right to revise our programme fees from time to time; any changes will be communicated in advance and will not affect programmes already paid for.
Free introductory sessions are offered to prospective learners at no cost and do not create an obligation to enrol in any paid programme.
5. Refund and Cancellation Policy
We understand that circumstances can change. Our refund and cancellation policy is as follows:
- If you cancel your enrolment within 48 hours of making payment and before the first session has taken place, a full refund will be provided
- If you cancel after the first session has been conducted, a partial refund may be considered at our discretion based on the number of sessions remaining
- No refund will be issued for sessions that have already been conducted or where a learner repeatedly fails to attend scheduled sessions without prior notice
- Rescheduling of sessions is permitted with a minimum of 24 hours' advance notice, subject to trainer availability
Refund requests should be submitted in writing to our contact email address. We aim to process approved refunds within 7 to 10 business days.
